PLEASE NOTE: We only accept returns for exchanges which have not been damaged following delivery, we reserve the right to return items which we believe have been damaged whilst in your possession. To return an item, please send back your order and email us on magic@mycosmic.club, clearly stating the reason for return or exchange. We must receive the item back within 14 days of the day you received your item. We cannot accept returns that are not accompanied by order info or an email, clearly stating the return reason. Items must be in their original condition, otherwise a return will not be processed, and you may be charged the postage costs for us to send the item back to you.

We process exchanges only on damaged items, and refunds on unwanted items, when returned to Cosmic Club, within 14 days of your notification via email.

Cosmic Club will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges - these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels. We recommend you obtain and keep a copy of your proof of postage when returning items to us.

We process refunds and exchanges on items when returned by post to us, within 14 days of your notification. We will notify you by email once we've processed your return/exchange. This does not include your bank's processing time and reimbursement will be issued via original payment method.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

All items come with a 5 day warranty from the time the parcel arrives to enable you to check for any delivery damage.

In the case that your item is faulty within this time frame, please email us at magic@mycosmic.club, and allow up to 14 days to receive your replacement item. Although most items are exchanged much faster, we do however list this as our processing time to cover busy periods. 

We can only provide a refund on faulty items if returned within the 5 day timeframe.
